My Dental Education

Dr. Belderes graduated from the University of Southern California School of Dentistry in 2001. She specializes in restorative dentistry, which is about the aesthetics and getting you the most amazing smile possible. “I always make sure you’re happy with the look of your teeth, and that your smile compliments your face.”

“I also have further training with a prosthodontist, so I’m able to care for patients who have a need for very complex dental restorations.”

Dr. Belderes excels at working with patients who suffer from anxiety and phobias. Her personal skills and training in cognitive behavioral psychology help her patients to relax and be treated successfully. She has a true talent for patient care of all ages, even winning the American Society of Dentistry for Children award from USC.

Outside of the Office

Dr. Belderes lives in Del Mar with her husband and their two daughters, Giselle and Vivian. Sarah and Ian, both California natives, were high school sweethearts and enjoy spending time with their family and friends.
